Call for Proposal Submissions
We encourage you to become an integral part of the Conference by submitting a proposal! Showcase your research, share innovative practices, or lead discussions on key topics in intercultural leadership. This is your chance to contribute to and shape the conversation on this critical theme.
Submission Deadline: Sunday 27 October 2024, by 11:59 pm CET (Swiss time)
1. Proposals for Discussion Papers / Interactive Sessions
Your proposal should include:
- Presenter Name(s):
- Affiliated Institution, University, or Company:
- Presentation Title: (max. 10 words)
- Short Description: (max. 100 words)
- Presenter Bio: (brief overview of qualifications and experience for each speaker. max. 50 words each)
- Preferred Session Length: Indicate if you would prefer a 45-minute or a 90-minute session.
2. Proposals for Research Category
Your proposal should include:
- Presenter Name(s):
- Affiliated Institution, University, or Company:
- Presentation Title: (max. 10 words)
- Research Paper: extended abstract (1,000–1,500 words; up to three pages) or a full paper of no more than 8,000 words (including references)
- Presenter Bio: (brief overview of qualifications and experience for each speaker. max. 50 words each)
- Preferred Session Length: Indicate if you would prefer a 45-minute or a 90-minute session.
If you submit a research paper (category research) please submit a full paper. All extended abstracts and full papers received will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
What We Offer
- Up to two speakers per session will receive waived conference fees once their session is accepted and confirmed. For sessions with more than two speakers, please contact the board for further details.
- Please note that no remuneration or expense coverage will be provided to session speakers.
- Presenters and attendees will also have the opportunity to submit articles to The Swiss Journal of Intercultural Education, Training and Research. This is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal.
