In the complex landscape of global mobility, the primary challenge is no longer just the logistics of relocation, but the human experience of transition. This session examines the critical tension between expanding the reach of intercultural coaching and maintaining the “human touch” that underpins a successful international assignment.

While digital tools provide the means to scale, it is the personalized, empathetic connection that truly mitigates the risks of culture shock and assignment failure.

Participants will explore strategies for scaling the impact of coaching through a blend of human expertise and modern methodologies. By examining the intersection of professional development and global transition support, the session provides a roadmap for ensuring that every expat feels seen and supported, even within a large-scale corporate framework.
