This session is a practical and experience-based exploration of how AI can support intercultural coaching and training – shared by a practitioner for fellow practitioners.

If you have been curious about AI but unsure how it might meaningfully contribute to your work, this webinar offers a grounded starting point. Rather than focusing on the technology itself, we look at concrete applications: using AI for case preparation, scenario design, reflection questions, research and content development, while remaining aligned with intercultural sensitivity.

At the same time, we address an important reality: AI is not culturally neutral. Current models reflect dominant languages and value systems, which influence the leadership advice, communication styles and examples they generate. Recognising this is part of using AI responsibly in our field.

Through reflection and live demonstration, you will see how cultural prompting, meaning the deliberate inclusion of cultural context, and the setup of a simple, helpful intercultural AI assistant can become practical extensions of intercultural competence.

The aim is to expand our professional toolkit with clarity, awareness and cultural sensitivity.
