In this interactive workshop, Angie Weinberger, an interculturalist with over 30 years of work experience in HR and Global Mobility, will explain why workbooks are helpful in your coaching practice and share her insights into how and when to use them. She will then use her Global Rockstar workbook as an example for designing interactive coaching sessions and discuss the data behind why this is helpful in coaching (70:20:10 – Model).
Important : As a preparation for the workshop, we ask all participants to go through worksheet 237, “The Traffic Light of Stressors”.
About the speaker:
Angie Weinberger works as an Expat (Intercultural) Coach. As a trainer she values interactive training design. She learned from mindfulness coaches and has over ten years of practical application in 1:1 coaching settings.
The Global Rockstar Album is a self-help book for managers who want to bring purpose, performance, and productivity to their work while becoming more inclusive servant leaders. It draws on Angie’s deep experience of systemic consulting, short-term therapy, intercultural basics, inclusion literature, and modern self-help and management books. Though it was originally written as a guide to accompany Angie’s Global Rockstar program, it can also be used as a self-help tool in connection with the RockMeApp, a web application for online coaching developed by Angie and her programmer, Usama Hafeez. The book is action-oriented, like a coaching session. All reference materials and an additional literature list are included in the appendix section of the book.
