Resilience and Creativity: Staying Stuck or Moving Forward – While Abroad & In Intercultural Contexts

Our brain is an artefact of everything that we have learned and experienced so far in life. Therefore, any success or challenge starts with our own (conscious or unconscious) thoughts.

In this webinar, you will gain insights on the neurology of thoughts and its effect on resilience that you experience directly during 2 practical interactive applications.

True Change starts from within whether you want to successfully explore new cultures, switch languages, teach, lead or join a multicultural team, etc.

With this webinar, you will increase your awareness, recognize and understand:

  • What our thoughts and stress cause in your body
  • How they affect your health
  • What impact your perception has on it
  • And understand the physiological component involved in any change – no matter what cultural background we have.

Join us at SIETAR Switzerland in welcoming Gertrud Muralt to learn and experience for yourself, how to use neuroscience in your intercultural world & work.
