About the Speaker:
Dr Joachim Maier is a lecturer and consultant at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) at the ZHAW. With a lifelong career in coaching and organizational and leadership development, he specialises in co-creation, systemic group dynamics and psychological safety. He leads the course “Psychological Safety as a Management Task”.
