About the Speaker:

Maxime Magnier is a professional of Organizational Effectiveness based on Engagement and Inclusion. He holds a Master of Science in Gene Therapy and Cellular Biology. After working for more than 12 years as a scientist in diverse and international environments, he decided to shift his scientific career to People & Culture and Inclusion & Diversity to pursue his passion for human and culture. Since 2012, Maxime has led and driven Global Inclusion and Employee Engagement efforts in top international organizations, and has been recognized several times for his cutting-edge solutions that impact innovation, business, and global culture.

About the Facilitator:

Gundhild Hoenig is a Board Member of SIETAR Switzerland and leads our Mentoring Programme. She is passionate about people, their potential, development needs & inter-cultural experience. She is particularly interested in accompanying people and organisations to thrive across cultures, faiths, and geographical regions – to initiate cultural change and make DEI a source of success!
