Refunds will be possible until 31 March 2025. After that date, if you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Inform us of the new name and contact details.

VISA LETTER REQUESTS

If you require a visa letter, please contact congress@sietar.ch after you have registered for the conference. Provide your full name, title, passport number, country of passport, and home postal address. If you are representing a university which should be included in the letter, include the name and address of the university also. Note whether you are a conference presenter or an attendee. Please be sure to include the dates you plan to travel to and from Switzerland.

Certain events will take place a short walking distance apart from one another. If you require mobility assistance, please inform us.
