The SIETAR Switzerland 2025 Conference, focusing on the theme of Intercultural Leadership, was held for the first time in the stunning city of Lucerne, Switzerland, from 26 to 28 June 2025.

Professionals, researchers and enthusiasts came together to exchange ideas, learn from top experts, and expand their networks, creating a vibrant space for connection, insight and shared learning.

Highlights included a welcome address by the dean of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Business, Prof. Dr Christine Böckelmann, keynote speeches from Assoc. Prof. Dr Katharina Addington-Lefringhausen, Dr Milton Bennett, and Prof. Dr Ida Castiglioni, as well as dedicated tracks on intercultural leadership and refugee support initiatives featuring special guests Prof. Dr Gianni D’Amato and Prof. Dr Eric Davoine.
